Ready to Print and Expert Retouch are high-quality canvas prints made from your photo. Hand-Painted is a genuine painting created by an artist.
How long does it take?
Ready to Print: 7–18 days. Expert Retouch: 10–21 days. Hand-painted pieces are quoted individually.
What if I don’t like the proof?
We’ll revise it. If you’re still not happy, we’ll refund you in full.
Is my photo good enough?
Clear, in focus, and at least 1500px on the long side. Phone photos are fine — most of ours are.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we’ll reprint and reship it free.
Can I return it?
No — every piece is made to order from your photo, so we can’t resell it. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t match the proof you approved, we’ll make it right.
